Connector & Spacer

Connector & Spacer

61-11 & 61-12

Description

The connector and the spacer are optional accessories to the transfer module depending of the actual implementation. We recommend to use both the connector and the spacer.

Connector 61-11

The three main functions for the connector are:

  1. connects modules with each other to secure the modules against ground settlings

  2. connects several modules to offer a stable foundation for mounting a charging post

  3. protects the electric wiring against sharp object penetrating in the joint from above.

Spacer 61-12

The spacer is used to establish a space between the the transfer modules as well as a space between the surrounding concrete slabs. The space must be filled with sand to be able to handle heavy loads from above making the modules and the slabs to work together. The spacer is available in various thicknesses.

Other

The connector and the spacer is made of steel / ductile iron. They are made with a “loose fit” for easy assembly as well as allowing small angular changes between modules.
